James Hamilton - DIRECTOR
James has over 20 years of local and international finance and operational experience in a broad range of businesses and industries. These include stockbroking, management consulting, information technology, telecommunications and utilities. He has worked for one of the leading international consulting firms from their London office. He led the financial control of a telecommunications start-up company in Brussels. He was tasked with ensuring the financial control of a AUD $1.8b desalination plant. He has also taught financial and management accounting at university.
James is passionate about giving back to the community. He recently spent four years as Director and Treasurer (pro bono) of one of southern Sydney's largest not-for-profit organisations. He has served as a mentor for CPA Australia, and regularly presents programs that encourage young people to consider tertiary education when they otherwise would not.

Neil has over 10 years of experience working with and consulting to a number of industries and sectors including retail, early childhood and utilities. His key areas of expertise include strategy development, business planning and performance management.
He has developed a number of business models and multi-year business strategies that have delivered real financial and non-financial benefits. He has also led the financial and non-financial assessment of acquisition targets valued at over $1 billion. Additionally he has led the development of both business planning and performance management processes across various businesses, aimed at driving tangible improvements in business performance. Furthermore, he has led the development of financial and non-financial performance reporting at Board, Executive and operational levels.
